Puzzle Adventures FAQ (English)

As you surely know by now, Puzzle Adventures will be shut down on 31.03.2020, with both the Facebook and mobile device app permanently stopping. Please make sure you use up all of your Booster Power and Puzzle Cash before this date.

Can I still play Puzzle Adventures after 31.03.2020?
No. On 01.04.2020 the Facebook game will be removed from the net. The mobile app will no longer work either.

What about my purchases (Booster Power and Puzzle Cash)?
You can keep using your Booster Power and Puzzle Cash, but make sure to use them up by 31.03.2020. All unused purchases will expire once the app is shut down on 01.04.2020.

I deleted the app from my mobile phone/tablet and can no longer find it in the App Store. How can I download it again?
If you already downloaded the app before, you can download it again at any time from your list of previous purchases. New users can no longer download the app.

Will new worlds be available for Puzzle Adventures?
No, unfortunately no more worlds will be released. But there are 65 worlds that have already been published, and you have until 31.03.2020 to explore them all to your heart’s content. There are surely some worlds and puzzles that you haven’t played yet.

I suddenly have lots of Booster Power and Puzzle Cash. Did I purchase them by mistake, or did something else happen?
It’s not a mistake, don’t worry! We have credited all of our players with a generous farewell bonus pack with plenty of Booster Power and Puzzle Cash. We would like to invite you to explore even older worlds you may not have played yet.
